Harper Architectural Studio was founded in 2003 by Scott R. Harper, AIA, NCARB.

Our firm has a focus on high quality design and architectural solutions for unique and challenging projects.

In practice, Scott has worked for a wide range of clients including religious, public entities, developers, as well as private businesses. The firm's specialty and focus is in religious design. Current ecclesiastical clients include parishes in the Catholic Diocese of Columbus, The Catholic Diocese of Charlotte, and The Catholic Diocese of Toledo.

Recent and current projects include the new Monastery for the Daughters of the Virgin Mother near Belmont Abbey in N.C., the completed new parish centers at St. Catharine of Siena, St. Brendan the Navigator, and Our Lady of Lourdes.

Our firm specializes in projects with complex programmatic needs where the integration of multiple uses requires unique planning and design. We integrate historic themes with new construction technology and current energy and building codes.
